We went through three different AC companies before a friend recommended Space City Cooling & Heating. Although lessons were learned in the process, when I tell you that I have never met a more honest and down to earth company, I truly mean it! Luis was thorough in answering any questions I had and only recommended services that were actually necessary—finding the root cause of our actual issue which was not previously found by the other companies and not focused on pushing a whole new unit replacement. Their pricing is very reasonable in comparison to any other company I have tried to work with and I would personally recommend them to any first time homebuyers. Coming from experience as a first time homebuyer, they will put you in a position to feel confident that your home is being maintained and well cared for when it comes to HVAC. I highly recommend them to anyone else who is looking for quality work at an affordable price. Overall, super happy with the company and their quick response to fix any issues that have arisen.

Luis did a great job doing duct work in my house in cypress and heights. Passed inspection on the first go so he really knows what he’s doing. He also recently helped cap and stop an overflowing pan. Grateful for the work he does. One of the few good HVAC guys you can trust

I was referred to Lyis by another person. I contacted Luis and he was able to fit me into his busy schedule the very same day. He showed up on time and completed a through diagnosis of my AC and found the issue in about 30 minutes. He left to purchase the part and returned promptly and replaced the blower and capacitor. He got my AC working in less than 3 hours. An outstanding job carried out with exceptional professionalism!

My A/C/Heater system went out completely, so I started calling around. First places I tried had arrival windows of the entire day, but thankfully I found Space City. The technician kept in contact to update me on his progress at another job and when he would arrive. Once onsite he found the problem right away and got the system back up and running. Thanks guys!

Due to us not using the heater all year we had no idea it wasn’t functioning properly until the cold came in. My Husband & I had no clue who to call. Big companies were incredibly high priced. Then we came across Space City on Facebook. I’m so glad to get a real person on the phone who answered our dozens of questions and even had time the same day for a consultation. Reasonably priced & although initially we were frustrated having Luis there to explain the process & fix our issue in not only a timely manner but with such a laid back, helpful energy made it all an easy going experience. We appreciate his passion & kindness. We will be recommending Space City to our friends & family!
Luis left my home just a few minutes ago and he left it as clean as he met it. Him and his wife are very professional and very friendly people. He works fast , efficient and at a fair price. When I called he was ready to come look at the job within the next hour. He explained everything that will be done and did exactly as he said he would.
